Since I was very young I have had a true passion for animals (dogs in particular) and I have always been good at bonding with them.

My dream since then has always been to work with animals, so when I had the opportunity to work in a dog care center I jumped at the chance. There I learned “hands on” how to care for dogs in general. I have learned their behavior, their body language and their needs. I have also learned how to be a “pack leader,” a term now turned famous by the Dog Whisperer Cesar Milan, and frankly I am very good at it.

At the dog care center sometimes I had more than forty dogs under my care and most of the time I was all by myself, which gave me a good opportunity to “test” my abilities and gave me the necessary confidence.

About eleven years later I thought I had enough experience to realize my dream: to open a place where I would be surrounded by dogs all day long

but where they would be well taken care of and where their

parents would feel safe leaving them.

I named my dream Paws@Play.

At Paws@Play dog daycare is our only business. We are totally

devoted to taking care of your dog.

We offer a healthy, clean and climate controlled environment with full time

       supervision.

In our almost 1700 sq ft main playroom we make sure your dog has a variety

of toys and activities throughout the day so he/she has exercise and fun at

       the same time.

For the very young, small, old or very shy ones there is cozy room for them

to spend their time with us.

About every hour the dogs are brought outside to  the “potty area”  so house

breaking is not compromised and “accidents” are minimum.

We know socializing is important for a dog’s development; therefore, we try

to create the most friendly atmosphere so all dogs can play safely and have

      the best time.

Being a small daycare give us the chance of knowing “our” dogs well, helping

with small grooming needs, paying attention to their health and giving them

      our personal attention.
